Mixed H2=H1 Filtering for Uncertain Systems with Regional Pole Assignment
نویسندگان
چکیده
The mixed H2=H1 filtering problem for uncertain linear continuous-time systems with regional pole assignment is considered. The purpose of the problem is to design an uncertainty-independent filter such that, for all admissible parameter uncertainties, the following filtering requirements are simultaneously satisfied: 1) the filtering process is asymptotically stable; 2) the poles of the filtering matrix are located inside a prescribed region that compasses the vertical strips, horizontal strips, disks, or conic sectors; 3) both the H2 norm and the H1 norm on the respective transfer functions are not more than the specified upper bound constraints. We establish a general framework to solve the addressed multiobjective filtering problem completely. In particular, we derive necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of the problem in terms of a set of feasible linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). An illustrative example is given to illustrate the design procedures and performances of the proposed method.

A novel approach for H2=H1 robust PID synthesis for uncertain systems
This paper presents a procedure for robust two-degrees-of-freedom PID synthesis based on a non-convex optimization problem considering the H2 and/or H1 guaranteed costs of the closed-loop transfer matrix as objective functions and constraints together with robust regional pole placement. The uncertain system can be represented by multiple, polytopic or affine parameter-dependent models. The eff...

This paper presents a robust mixed-sensitivity H1 controller design via loop-shaping methodology for a class of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) uncertain nonlinear systems. In order to design this controller, the nonlinear plant is first modeled as several linear subsystems by Takagi and Sugeno’s (T–S) fuzzy approach. Both loop-shaping methodology and mixed-sensitivity problem are then in...
متن کاملH2-optimal Control with Regional Pole Assignment via State Feedback
The design of H2-optimal control with regional pole assignment via state feedback in linear time-invariant systems is investigated. The aim is to find a state feedback controller such that the closed-loop system has the desired eigenvalues lying in some desired stable regions and attenuates the disturbance between the output vector and the disturbance vector. Based on a proposed result of param...
متن کاملRobust mixed H2/H1 control for a class of nonlinear stochastic systems
The problem of mixed H2/H1 control is considered for a class of uncertain discrete-time nonlinear stochastic systems. The nonlinearities are described by statistical means of the stochastic variables and the uncertainties are represented by deterministic norm-bounded parameter perturbations. The mixed H2/H1 control problem is formulated in terms of the notion of exponentially mean-square quadra...
متن کاملPole Assignment Of Linear Discrete-Time Periodic Systems In Specified Discs Through State Feedback
The problem of pole assignment, also known as an eigenvalue assignment, in linear discrete-time periodic systems in discs was solved by a novel method which employs elementary similarity operations. The former methods tried to assign the points inside the unit circle while preserving the stability of the discrete time periodic system. Nevertheless, now we can obtain the location of eigenvalues ...
